I Thought My Running Days Were Over 2

Turning forty and many miles had taken its toll on my body and I was beginning to think I was going to have to give up one of my passions. Although Dr. Young wasn’t my first chiropractor, it was the first time I was given a complete exam and x-rays in order to truly understand and treat what was going on biomechanically.

We set a goal of getting me running pain free using chiropractic adjustments and strengthening exercises. In a short time, I was running local races again. Being an active person himself, Dr. Young understands the importance of getting healthy without giving up your lifestyle.

Not only am I running again, but my golf game has improved and I no longer have pain in my normal day to day activities.

I am signed up for my first Ironman, a goal of mine I never thought I would accomplish all thanks to Dr. Young for getting me back on track.
